Minus One

It’s hard to believe that I have been diligent in my plan I walk daily, even if it were for just thirty minutes. We know there are times that when doing any program that there will be glitches and setbacks.

Well, I wouldn’t call this a setback, it is just called “life”. So, I didn’t get in my thirty. Believe it or not, I’m okay with this. There is a reason for everything, and there is a reason behind this “missed day. There is only one key… When you miss you must get back on track.

Look forward to my next note to see how and what I’ve decided to do to get back on track for the cause.
