BREAKfast

Neat word and a neat way to start your day by breaking your fast. As with any fast you are to break it properly, because your body hasn’t had any fluids or food for a significant period of time. Do you consider your first meal as the foundation of how you give your body nutrients and energy after fasting?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because your body has gone without nutrients overnight. There are several suggestions that have been given about what one should do once they awake from having an 8 ounce glass of water the first 15 minutes of awaking, eating a bowl of oatmeal to help with balancing your blood sugar levels, and other suggestions.

Today’s notes were to share the knowledge of what breakfast means. When I first learned of this, I found it as an eye opener.

As I continue to read the various articles about breakfast, I will share them with you.
