What devised plan of action do you have in order to achieve the goal at the end of this course? (Think just a little bit…don’t quite answer this question now, because we really need to break the definition and the outcome of what you are to receive from this information today first.)
“Devised plan of action” are your key words that you need to have in order to really understand the word “strategy.” The art of a strategy is to have background knowledge of what it is that you want to achieve. Initially, I have challenged you to think about what you want to gain from participating in this journey of self-awareness toward a healthy lifestyle.
Consider the following: You are a reader/blogger and you enjoy getting online and communicating with other readers and bloggers. You respond to their comments, and you market your work (if the writer) using several social media websites. You have decided that this is a fun hobby; however, you haven’t realized that this is a “the art of developing….” something. What do you suppose is the intent of your visits to other blog sites, and advertising your blog to others using social media? You use a strategy of some sort.
Though you have used a very…very…subtle strategy, you are internally using your talents to gain acceptance (victory), but have you written it? What do you want to gain from participating in this journey of self-awareness toward a healthy lifestyle? Stop doubting yourself and your talents, you need to release your good to others with a clear understanding that you are doing “your something” on purpose.
