treadmillFood addiction is very serious and when one identifies that they love food to a level that is NOT pleasing then they are taking their first step to better themselves. However, understanding your food addition is just the first step to getting one fit and having a healthy lifestyle. Exercising is the other key that is very important to gaining momentum to do your best.

This New Year I thought you would like to know about one of the training tools that I am using to get myself on a better track for exercising. The program is called, Treadmill Trainer by Yuri Elkiam. This is a program that comes in three levels, beginner, intermediate and advance. There are three programs to the Treadmill Trainer program as well. However, today and for the next four weeks, I will give you a weekly update to what the Treadmill Trainer is like from a REAL beginner…me.

  1. That sounds like a great program. I love to Walk! I have a Walk With Me Wednesday Group where I encourage everyone no matter where they are to commit to getting out on Wednesday and Walking.
