It’s day four of the new year and you will need to really decide if you have made any change in your outlook for this new year. Have you begun the year as the same of other years, or are you wanting to make a difference?
It may seem early, but it really doesn’t take long to change your mind and pick-up your old habits. This week’s reflection is quite simple. Answer the question:
What have you changed in starting your new year off so far?
Really look at each of the past three posts to identify if you are taking the initiative to begin the new year identifying what challenges that you may face and how you are hoping to conquer them or at least consider how you will receive them.
Assignment: What bad habit are you doing this year that you vowed not to continue into the new year? What are you going to do to stop the habit? What have you found to be challenge to change this habit? If you have more than one habit that needs to be changed, it will be best to make the choice of one. It has been said that it takes 30 days to break a habit. This is YOUR cause that you are trying to meet…don’t give up and meet the challenge.
