Whining on a Wednesday is not attractive, and I thought I would let you know this. What is it about today that you feel like you need to whine or be wimpy? Do you really know what these words really mean?
Whine means: 1.complain peevishly: to complain in an unreasonable, repeated, or irritating way (Bing)
Wimp means: 1.offensive term: an offensive term that deliberately insults somebody regarded as weak, timid, unassertive, or ineffectual (Bing)
Each of these definitions are not flattering at all and just to think you decided to whine about something that you didn’t have control over and you are a wimp about something that you did have control over. It is almost like a yin and yang relationship with you knowing you need to start on the path toward your healthy journey. You know I was right there when you were at the grocery store and you were whining about the price of the avocado , tomatoes or your organic eggs. You know that you need to find something that you can have as a snack or as a topping.
Or were you in the gym with me giving me every excuse about not wanting to stay on the treadmill for another 10 minutes knowing that you only were on there for five minutes. Yesterday you ran a mile and today you only want to walk for a minute?
Just quit it and hone up to this Wednesday and make it a Wonderful Wealthy Wednesday and be the person who I know that you are. You can do so much with the mindset that you had on Monday.
Assignment: Everyone needs empowerment to keep on going. So often we tend to talk ourselves out of doing what we know we need to do and avoid what we know that we have the power to do. Did you fall into the trap of Wimpy Wednesday? What are you going to do about it so that you can Whisk Your Way Out of this Whirlpool?
*I thank the readers for allowing me to create a little story about how we self-doubt ourselves out of so many things. I know that you can do amazing things and don’t fall into the trap.
