Research is one of the most tenuous skills that any person could have. Research allows a person who is tenacious and wants to learn more about something more knowledgeable about the subject at hand. Research is a skill that a go-getter must have. However, you must ask yourself the question, What makes a go-getter?
A go-getter must be a person who works very hard and who wants very much to succeed. He or she can be easily defined as a person who is an aggressively enterprising person. (1)
Walking for a Cause is titled craftily for a reason. Purpose was to get started walking for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Then I walked for self…aiming for a goal; however, I noticed that my walk time was a little slow. I wanted to bring up the speed of my walking so that I could cut down my time for any of my future run/walk competitions. Not necessarily run any of the events, but pick up the pace so that I’m considerably close to a fast walk.
Then the amazing program Treadmill Trainer was introduced in my life and I learned from Yuri Elkaim, it isn’t just about the walking or jogging of the program, but the other areas of your lifestyle. In particular it is what you eat before and after the workout.
It was his research that he provided within the resources that were valuable. His deep understanding for you as a human that has a body that needs fuel (energy) for one’s body. Because of that, I a go-getter has been doing further research on the topics that he has discussed.
Assignment: What have you read recently that has sparked you to be a go getter? If you really think about this, this is really your cause, your willingness to learn and better yourself and understand what your “topic” of choice is.
