Do you realize that when you feel thirsty that you are already dehydrated? Or do you hunger for something that is nowhere near your reach? There is one way that you can quench your thirst and feed your hunger pangs.
“And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not” —Isaiah 58:11 King James Version (KJV)
Water is the best source of fluid to quench your thirst…Living Waters. There is a higher being that is in our presence and is our living water and he is able to give us our nourishment when we accept it. You have to read your word daily and digest what it is that gives you the encouragement and faith to do well.
What is so amazing is how it is described in the verse, “…satisfy they soul in drought”. Those days that you do not want to go to the gym or you just don’t seem to have the energy to fix your next meal, this is where you speak out and ask for strength to come your way to help you find that inch of will-power-“…thou shalt be like a watered garden…whose waters fail not.”
You can do it and live a healthy lifestyle. Choose one of your improper habits and really monitor what it is that you know you shouldn’t be reaching or driving towards…such as your local convenient store to get that candy bar? Hmmmm…
