You are holding tight and hoping that someone would see you hanging on desperately on the bar in the gym and you try to pull yourself up to attempt to make one really good pull-up. You are just ashamed to ask for help, because you really want someone to y see you as a fitness expert or one who is familiar with all of the equipment and the use o them as well. But, you jut let go of the bar and walk away from it “showing” off like you really did something, but deep in your mind you really know that you quit.
Did you really let go because you decided to quit or did you let go because the pain was too severe? Better yet, who saw you start your pull-up and stop in that flash of a moment?
This is a story that I want you…yes, you…to complete for the purpose of who you will attempt next month’s agenda. It is the end of the month and you are going to have to take inventory of what you have accomplished during the first month of the year. Do you remember those new year’s resolutions that you created? Something on that list should be checked off or in a position where you have moved a little further toward what you want to accomplish in this upcoming quarter.
