Mixed Greens in a Cup

3 cups of mixed salad greens (packed)
4 strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of kale
1 large date (take pit out)
1/2 lime (squeezed)
1 1/4 cup of water

Gather all of the ingredient in a blender until it is liquefied.   Drink and
enjoy the flavor.

Why the drink?

I really wanted to use one of the green drink receives from one of my favorite
websites and for some reason most of the ingredients were now gone.  Found out
hubby made his own drink snack that night and created a smoothie the next
morning.  Can’t complain.

Good raw foods for the body!  So, I decided to be
creative with what was left in the frig.  Now understand that there are many green drinks out there.  You may have to try a few to see what you like best.
Play around with the ingredients.   Raw drinks can be fun for the whole family!
