Organizing your morning routine is very challenging for many, because we are so microwave, quick-fix and instant in our decisions and actions. This is something that can be a challenge for me as well. Though it is summer-time, I still have to get up and go to work like most to make a living. I have a busy day and things that aren’t “scheduled” as such, but they are routine for everyday living, can become rather congested in my daily routine, i.e. grocery shopping, laundry, exercise, spending time with family, prayer, etc.
So, when one looks at his or her morning routine in order to have a healthy lifestyle, it can be a job within itself. Here’s a question for you…
What does your morning routine look like?
Today is Sunday, and I am challenging you for this week to work along with me in truly being cognizant of what your morning routine is, how is it organized, and what you may want to change within it. There is much to learn from what you do and how you are making it a healthy one.
How can you participate in this challenge?
